The existing Parvin covered bridge was built in 1921. The
original 66 ft structure which stood at this location had
deteriorated and was replaced with a 75 ft structure.
The bridge was bypassed by realignment of the road in the 1970's.
The span was renovated in 1986 and reopened to traffic.
The bridge can be found by traveling east from Goshen (Interstate 5
& Hwy. 58 Interchange) for about 12 miles. Turn south on Lost
Creek Rd until you reach Parvin Road. Continue on Parvin
Road until you reach the bridge.
This interior shot of the bridge shows some of the detail work of the
structure.
