Wildcat Bridge

Western Lane County

Wildcat bridge

The Wildcat Covered bridge was build in 1925 and is named for Wildcat Creek which it crosses. It is 75 ft in length.
The bridge can be found by traveling on Hwy. 126 some 33 miles from Eugene.   If traveling west from Eugene
pass the town of Walton watch for the Whitaker Creek/Clay Creek Recreation Area turnoff.   It is on the
south side of Hwy. 126.   Then follow the road back under the highway and railroad tracks a short distance.
